Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund. If it's already on its way, use the 60-day return window instead.

You have 60 days from delivery. Free return shipping included. Contact us with your order number and we'll send a return label within 24 hours. Full refund, no conditions.
Lifetime warranty on jewelry?
Every CALVÉRI jewelry piece is covered for life. If it breaks or has a manufacturing defect, we replace it. No receipt needed, no expiry date, no conditions. Contact us with your order number.
Duties and taxes?
Covered. All import duties and taxes are included in your order, what you see at checkout is what you pay. Nothing extra at the door.
