Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Calveri Global LLC. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment has been confirmed. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email notification with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees — actual delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
United States: 3–10 business days (Depending on shipping option)
Europe: 3–10 business days (Depending on shipping option)
Rest of World: 3–10 business days (Depending on shipping option)
Please note that shipping times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Calveri Global LLC ships internationally. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
We are not able to mark orders as gifts or understate the value of packages on customs declarations.
Delivery Address
All orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Calveri Global LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at calveriglobal@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed or shipped.
Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, the customer being unavailable, or failure to collect the parcel from a pickup point within the specified time frame, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, a $10 handling and return fee may be deducted from your refund, or charged separately if you wish to have the order reshipped. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@calveri.com We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and find a resolution.
If you have purchased Shipping Insurance at checkout, your order is covered against loss during transit, damage in transit, and documented theft. Please refer to Section 23 of our Terms of Service for full details on how to submit a claim.
Shipping Insurance
We offer optional Shipping Insurance at checkout. We strongly recommend purchasing Shipping Insurance for high-value orders. Claims must be submitted within 5 calendar days of the carrier marking the shipment as delivered. For full details, please refer to our Terms of Service.
Return Address
If you need to return an item, please do not send it directly to the address below without first receiving approval from our team. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Please contact us at info@calveri.com to initiate the return process.
